As a former Planning Board member and Planning Commissioner, Israel Reyes is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management and a Certified Apartment Manager through the National Apartment Association.

Israel is a licensed Broker, Unrestricted Construction Supervisor and has over 21 years of business experience that includes banking, land development and Real Estate investment brokerage.

Israel’s background includes an estimated $500,000,000 in acquisitions, construction management and dispositioning of assets that have been repositioned and optimized. This includes leading efforts as VP of Operations for Lane Management Group, Inc. in the sale of their flagship property for $83,750,000 in 2013.

In 2016, as Managing Partner of Hancock Realty Group, LLC, a full service Property Management Company, Israel successfully received and dispositioned management assignment from Hudson Advisors, a $197 Billion conglomerate who provides due diligence, analysis and asset management to domestic and international institutional investors.

As an Asset Performance Expert, Israel specializes in underperforming properties, multi-site operations and creating strategies that optimize property values for maximum Investor benefits. Mr. Reyes leads our Executive Team in providing insightful vetting of all acquisitions for Hancock Growth & Income Fund, LLC to make certain strict criteria’s are met and detailed due diligence is being exhausted to meet our Fund goals and objectives.

Israel has also previously served as Chairman of Accredited Apartment Manager’s Committee for Institute of Real Estate Management Boston office.

Patricia Sanchez-Reyes, Co-Founder and Partner at Hancock Realty Group, LLC is a licensed Real Estate Agent in both Georgia and Massachusetts. Patricia has extensive experience in the Financial Services Industry, having been a Senior Manager at New York Life and Agent for Liberty Mutual for a combination of 21 years.

As previous Series 6, 63, Life and Health, Property and Casualty License holder, Patricia has a wealth of knowledge and strong track record in assisting investors with providing sound advice on asset protection and long term strategic financial planning. 

Patricia oversees Investor Relations & Acquisitions and uses her In-depth knowledge of the ever changing markets to keep all Investors fully informed of the trends, strategy and forecasted opportunities in targeted emerging markets.

Mrs. Sanchez-Reyes’ deep understanding of the financial services space, uniquely positions her as an expert when creating and building long term relationships with not only our primary banking provider at JP Morgan Chase, but also local banks and credit unions that provide commercial loans for Hancock Growth & Income Fund, LLC financed assets.

Patricia is primary point of contact with sellers, brokers and asset managers and does preliminary vetting of opportunities being presented to verify appropriateness for Fund, with a vigorous multi-step follow up process & due diligence check list. She is an integral part of Executive Team as well as head of operations of Property Management Company.

As a former Director of the Northeast Association of Realtors, Realtors Commercial Alliance of Massachusetts and Massachusetts Association of Realtors, Arthur Richter is a 30 year veteran of the multi family real estate industry. Arthur is a retired General Real Estate Appraiser who now focuses on Investor and Broker relationships for private clients.

As Senior Acquisition Advisor to Hancock Investment Group, LLC, Arthur offers his vast knowledge on evaluating assets to meet our disciplined acquisition criteria and align the short and long term strategies in order to maximize Return on Investment for our Investors. With over $1 Billion dollars in real estate transactional experience as a developer, owner operator, Broker, consultant and private investor himself, Hancock Investment Group, LLC investors benefit tremendously from Arthur’s experience.

Dr. JinDr. Jin
International Consultant

Dr. Jin is a renowned leader in international education affairs. As an expert and champion of culture, education and business exchanges, Dr, Jin is devoted to globalizing and advancing U.S. opportunities with a particular focus on U.S-China educational development.

Dr. Jin holds a Ph.D. degree in Physical Chemistry from the University of Science and Technology of China. Prior to founding Atlanta International Education Group, Dr. Jin worked as an educator and scientist at Emory University and Ohio State University for many years, published more than 36 papers and presented at many Round Table Forums in prestigious international conferences. She received several awards from Shuping Foundation (Hong Kong) and Chinese Academy of Sciences.

Dr. Jin is deeply involved in a variety of community service based organizations. She serves on the advisory board of the China Task Force for Georgia State University, mentor of Graduate Mentoring Program at J. Mack Robinson College of Business, board member of National Association of Chinese Americans and a chairman circle member of World Affairs Council of Atlanta. She is Honorary President of Zhejiang Association of Georgia.

As leader and authority of U.S-China relations, Dr. Jin consults Chinese International investors on migration process, educational opportunities and how best to leverage real estate investments within the Hancock Growth & Income Funds.
